I loved Harrison's newborn session so much, he was so happy & smiley all the way through. I created some beautiful memories for Mummy & Daddy, and this one has to be my favourite smiley photo.

I love how he looks like he is dreaming away here, lovely and peaceful and relaxed.

Baby Ethan was a dream to photograph, he slept all the way through his session and we were done and dusted in 2 hours!

Here a few of my favourite photo's from his session - we even got the froggy pose! I have also included some behind the scenes to show how this difficult pose was executed so you can be assured that baby safety is my number one priority. 

Now below is the trade secret we love to share, only because there is evidence of this pose being copied with out the safety precautions and your baby could be injured if this is being carried out by untrained person's.

This pose MUST be a composite image. What is one of these? 
Well a composite are two individual images stitched together with the magic of photoshop.

Here you can see baby is fully supported by dad in the two bottom shots, so baby is comfortable and safe at all times. 

This has to be one of my favourite set ups at the minute with my new supercute american Ted, flown over from the U.S.A and my beautiful kidsilk romper set. 

And prop shot, he looks so adorable 'snoozing' in the well bucket with my knitted night cap and teddy.

Some of you who know me may already know that this Sunday I am competing in the International Pole And Aerial Tournaments - in the category, intermediate aerial silks. (IPAAT).

You may have come across my story a few weeks ago in the Clitheroe Advertiser & The Longridge News, as it isn't just me locally that is also competing, I am sharing this great experience with My sister Ana (Intermediate Hoop), and my sister in law Hayley (advanced silks) Making us a sister Trio in the whole competition. 

We have been training for the last couple of months, blood, sweat, burns and tears have gone into out aerial performances, and yes occasionally I think we are boarderline crazy, and think to ourselves "what the heck are we doing?"

When I first started aerial at The Aerial Lounge in Clitheroe a year and a half ago I could barley lift my own body weight, let alone climb the silks. 
Six months passed and I doubted I would even get off the ground! Then one day I DID IT! I climbed up!

After then I got the first feeling of flying! my strength was improving and I could learn more tricks.

This was my first goal, to have my first aerial photo shoot. Although I wasn't too far from the ground a lot of training went into achieving this pose. 

Soon a year had passed and I was focusing my training for my first ever routine at the annual Christmas Showcase.

Nerves nearly got the better of me, and I nearly jibbed a few times, but I did it, I got on that stage and gave it my all. I was elated and buzzing when I finished I wanted to do it all over again.

So I decided to give myself the ultimate challenge and enter the IPAAT. 

I submitted my video, not even considering I would make the semi-finals, let alone the finals - BUT I did!
